Summary
In 2012 ConAgra bought Ralcorp for $5 billion and became the largest producer of private-label food in North America. Today ConAgra waved the white flag and announced it was selling its private-label business. We analyze the fallout, Disney merging two of its divisions, and the prospect of Harry’s going public.
