I'm going to talk about anxiety and I'm going to give you a formula to remove yourself from

any anxious thoughts any anxious feelings and any anxiety that happens to be going on

in your present moment or anything that might come up for you.

And this right here that I'm going to share with you is a strategy that I've used for

tons of my clients before in the past and it's actually a strategy I've used for myself

and it's actually a strategy the reason why I'm talking about it is because it's a strategy

I had to use for myself at 4 a.m. in the morning a few days ago.

And I don't know if you guys have ever done this before where you wake up in the morning.

It's early in the morning maybe you have to go to the bathroom or you hear noise or dogs

are barking or something like that.

And then immediately I thought comes through of something that needs to be done or something

that you have to do or it could be an anxious thought I don't know what it is for you.

But that first thought gets your brain going and then once your brain gets going it's
