Hey friends, welcome back to my podcast. Very, very excited to be joining you here today to talk about one of my favorite topics,

0:21.4

which is healthy living. Now, we've been doing kind of a lot of topics on that lately,

0:27.3

1:33.1

How can I maybe help my children to not have as many of these health risks in the future?

1:37.9

How can I help my own current hormones and my energy levels and my husband and all these

1:42.6

things? So it is important. It's so important. It's

1:45.5

1:50.9

couple of years where healthy living, non-toxic things, you know, all these topics have become
