Talks between the U.S. and Iran are paused for the funeral of Ayatollah Ali Hamini.

The former Supreme Leader was killed in U.S. and Israeli airstrikes on the opening day of the war on February 28th.

His funeral is set for July 4th through the 9th.

Iranian military and political leaders are warning the U.S. and Israel against any attacks as it prepares for the state funeral.

The country is tightening security measures for the funeral period, restricting airspace over several cities.

Fox is Jared Halper at the White House, and Iran is telling oil tankers to use approved

route to the Strait of Hormuz or face what it calls a forceful response.

More than 72 million Americans expected to hit the road this 4th of July weekend.

Most people will drive around 61 million with another roughly

6 million catching a flight. In fact, Delta is warning that flights out of LaGuardia could be

affected in part because of hot weather. Airfare is up substantially from a year ago because of

higher jet fuel prices, up around 27% according to the latest inflation report,

and gas prices are up 67 cents a gallon compared to 4th of July weekend last year.

Fox business is Grady Trimble, but for much of the country,

the heat is also a factor in travel plans, with tens of millions of the Midwest and

the Northeast dealing with record

temperatures. The Utah Supreme Court has declined to consider an appeal from Charlie Kirk's

accused killer on the trial judge's decision to allow cameras in the courtroom. The Utah Supreme

courts rejected a request from the attorneys for Tyler Robinson who don't want cameras allowed

in the courtroom and due to the ruling Monday's preliminary hearing in the case can move forward. Utah County

Judge Tony Graff has ruled news media cameras will be allowed in but portable electronic devices
