Dozens of Israeli fighter jets have struck several Hezbollah targets in Lebanon and the IDF is out with new guidance for the residents

of Israel's north who have not evacuated. They are supposed to stop gathering as

much as they can in large numbers and they can continue going to school and work so long as they are near a shelter.

Here's why.

Police believe multiple shooters fired multiple shots on a group of people

either on the sidewalk or on the road.
