I actually had a very solid night's sleep.

I felt fully rested for the, for a long time, I haven't felt rested.

I felt like, oh my God, I'm rested when I woke up feeling good today.

Woke up with dinner pooja.

I had a very civilized Mara and me invited Kaleen sati over

for dinner yesterday, our old friends,

and it was a very civilized kidless day.

Ever have those, every parent, you ever have these teens where your kids just are out of town

and you invite another couple over and it's sort of just like it's civil.

Mare cooked a wonderful, wonderful meal and then we sat in front of the

deities and we chanted verses and then we read a little bit from Krishna's Lila and then we sang and that was the

evening and it was perfect good for you Raganah. It was nice I need some civilized stable things like that in my life.

How are you? And it's sunny today and it's gonna be nice out today and it was crazy blizzard yesterday.
