Hello, shameless leaders. Today I have my colleague and my dear friend Sage Hobbs back on the podcast. She's joined me a few times now

on the show. And I always love our conversations. Sage is someone who I really admire professionally.

She's done a lot of work that are things that I have aspired to do or like at different points

of my career thought, oh, maybe I would do that. And she's done all those things. So she's a therapist.

She's been a school counselor, which is something I wanted to do for a while. She works in equity work in supporting leaders in education and just does all sorts of cool stuff. She's an author, another thing that someday when I grow up, I want to be. And so I love having stage on the show to talk to her about work, but I also love talking to her about personal things and stories as well. I think you're going to see yourself in some of what we talk about today. I think you're going to learn a few things, probably laugh a little bit. We're going to be talking about naked communication. This is a book that Sage wrote years ago. I actually interviewed her when the book first came out, and she's just re-released the book. And so we're going to talk about what was behind that.

Professionally, Sage Hobbs is an author, a facilitator, and a coach whose work combines her

background in school psychology with a passion for helping people communicate with clarity,

courage, and compassion. She empowers leaders and teams to navigate challenges, build trust,
