Perhaps they come from misunderstandings and distortions and morphing of the faith that moves

from its Christ-centeredness to a man-centered, a people-centered,

a me-centeredness.

Hear this truth.

Jesus did not so much come to make your life work, but to employ you in his work.

That's a very different way of thinking about our faith.
