0:17.0	And these are really good questions, but there's just so much complexity that goes into making that choice and not every market is the right fit for every investor.
0:27.2	And so it's really hard to give advice that applies to everyone. So in today's episode

1:11.4	work that needs to go into you understanding a market and then comparing that to your personal investment strategy that you want to do and seeing if that's a good fit.

1:24.4	about getting up close and personal with our own markets. These are places that we've
1:29.5	currently chosen to invest in. So we're going to break down why we chose these markets. We're
1:33.8	going to talk about the data that we looked at beforehand that helped us decide to
1:37.6	invest in these markets and what we'd wish we'd known ahead of time before

1:44.0	action steps that any investor trying to evaluate a market can utilize today.
