addiction and getting in trouble with the law and even alcohol and smoking and everything else.

And then you just decide that I'm going to stop it all and have the mental strength to do that.

But when you give things up, if they are negative addictions, it leaves a hole inside you

and you've got to put something in its place. And in this case, it is fitness,

work out programs, because when you change the physical, it changes the mental and Ricky is just a

fucking class example of someone who's gone through it, gone through the darkness and emerged
