Summary

This week we are joined by former Celtic midfield dynamo, Stiliyan Petrov as he talks Si through his life at the club, from struggling early doors with a £6k phone bill he couldn’t pay off to becoming the heartbeat of a Celtic side that would go onto win numerous silverware and reach the Final of the UEFA Cup!

Stan is fantastically reflective on his career as he provides many humorous insights into the characters and managers he played with who drove the club to such success during his time there.

The Bulgarian also poignantly touches on his battle with illness a few years ago and the new found appreciation of life which he enjoys and how he uses his time to help raise awareness and funds for vital research in aiding those with the same illness in which he suffered.
