to say 99. Episode 99, wow, that happened fast. I've been recording a very special episode

100 that's coming next week with my lovely wife Dr. Kisilda Jetta. Many of you have asked

to hear from her over the last couple of years since I've been doing this podcast and I have

resisted those calls. But I convinced her and convinced myself to go ahead and do it for

episode 100. I wanted to do something special and I was thinking, put together a best of

kind of thing and I still would like to do that. But that takes time and I don't have a lot

of time right now trying to do as much writing as I can. So any project that sounds fun but

time consuming is something I'm trying to avoid like the like the plague or like Ebola, I guess

we say these days. Yeah, so I've been talking with Kisilda about her her amazing incredible

life. We talked for almost two hours last night and barely scratched the surface. So we're

going to continue later today or tomorrow. And so next week you're going to get yourself a Joe

Rogan Length podcast. I think we're going to go two and a half hours or something. Maybe more

depends how much she's willing to spill. So far we've covered her childhood, the war for

independence and Mozambique. You write through medical school and her research for the World Health

Organization which involved her physically inspecting a thousand African penises. And yeah,

I won't ruin the other highlights. But yeah, there's a lot of crazy shit in that woman's life.

I'll tell you and that doesn't even include meeting me. So that's coming next week. This week

is another episode I'm really happy about. This is with Justin DeRoyter who's a friend of mine here in

Portland. He's as you hear, he's I think he's a lieutenant in the fire department. You know,

fascinating work. That whole world of firefighters is a world that we don't really think about much. But
