Raylene. Hello. I have a confession to make Raylene. What? Whenever I do the introduction of the podcast, people should know, like, I think for the first few episodes, we didn't have an introduction. And I was like, Raylene, we need to have like a line that we say at the beginning of every episode. And I had written that line for some reason a long time ago,

so I was like this.

I like this.

This is cute.

And Raylene was like, whatever, I don't care. Whatever you want. But I actually do really like the line. But what I will say is that every time I'm saying it, because before we used to read it, We, because we had like a little, we had a little script for our episodes, sort of, just because, you know, we were a little more anxious.

We didn't know exactly the way things were going.

So we had a little script for the different sections.

And now we don't have a script.

I don't even know where that script.

That's on a Google Doc, Google Drive folder somewhere.

But now I just say it from memory.

It is a pretty short line, so it should be fine.

But every single time I say or we unbind books, I don't remember.

There's a split second deep anxiety in my heart where I don't remember if it's unbind or unwinded.

You could just say unwind and see if any of us notice. If anyone notices, yeah. And it's like somehow

every single time at the last second, I'm like, I'm going to go with the B. It's probably the B. And I do, and every

single time it works out, but every single time there is that seed of doubt. That's funny.

Everyone, Raleen has just come back from the big city. Her big city. Not Halifax, Vancouver.

Yeah, Halifax isn't the only big city around. Yeah, I was in Vancouver today. Now I am

absolutely pooped. Yes. She had a giant bowl of ramen and that's more than enough for one night.
