1:16.8	doing things in our life and in our family that is right for us and is designed by us for us. So you may listen to this and you might totally
1:27.1	disagree with everything that I say or you might pull out a few nuggets that you really love. But I also know
1:32.4	people that do it exactly the opposite of us and are totally
1:36.5	happy, right? So as with anything in business and in life, you have to kind of take the best and leave the rest and
1:44.5	pick and choose what I share today that is relevant and meaningful for you.
1:50.3	Okay, so a couple things. First of all, people ask me all the time because most women, once they've built a really successful multi-million dollar company,
2:01.5	typically what happens is the spouse joins the company, right?
2:06.3	And this happens vice versa also a lot of times with men when they build a really successful
2:10.8	company a lot of times their wives join them and they work
2:14.0	together in the company because usually it just doesn't make sense to have
2:18.6	another job because it's hard to maintain those two crazy schedules and you need someone that has more flexibility and all of those things.
