1:11.3	Crazy. But a go crazy, when crazy, when crazy.
1:15.0	Yeah, so the, so real estate, so we've had a kind of really busy markets all over the place
1:21.0	this year, it sounds like a lot of people have been moving out to Florida
1:24.8	from other places. Is it still like that? Have you sensed any slowdowns at all right now?
1:30.2	Actually, no. It just seems to get even busier.
1:33.8	More and more buyers are coming from outside the area for sure.
