Cody is a veteran of the US Navy who served the United states for 6 years. Following his career in the military, as someone who was and still is ELITE when it comes to physical fitness – he dove straight into the training world and pursued a successful career in fitness.
But as time went on, Cody felt called to pursue a new path and decided to do what everyone around him said was crazy, due to having no real experience in this desired field AND having no resume for himself due to an almost entirely classified job history…. He decided to become a public speaker. Through a lot of hardships, training, and lessons learned, he became a successful public speaker, traveling the country and speaking in front of thousands of people.
To solidify his word even more, he then began writing and published 3 different books, becoming a best selling author: Soulcon Warrior Elite, The Soulcon Challenge, and his latest book, Rak Chazak.
But wait, there’s more! Cody continues to follow his dreams and pursue bigger goals, his current dream being to become the next major action hero in films. He started training with one of the top stunt performers in the industry, Adrian Hein, and has been trained to use weapons on film for specific roles by various Navy SEALS and SWAT members.
Cody is an inspiring man with no quit inside him. There’s no way to put it. But as you listen to his history and may think he sounds intense or intimidating… Just wait, because he is one of the most positive, caring, and helpful people I’ve ever talked to, who truly just wants people to live a better life, full of success and meaningful experiences.
I’ll link everything he has to offer, as well as his current work as an actor, below:

0:11.5 | Cody is somebody who more recently popped up on my radar, actually. |
0:15.8 | I would say about a few months ago, I started hearing his name. |
0:18.2 | I started looking at some of his content. |
0:20.0 | And then I was gifted his book. And I started kind of reading through this book. And I was intrigued. I was really |
0:25.6 | interested in the more I dug into him, the more accomplishments I found and the more really just |
0:31.9 | fascinating experiences I read that he went through. And I just became honestly amazed by the type of person he is and |
0:39.5 | how much willingness he has to pursue big goals and dreams, even when people in his life are |
0:46.7 | telling him that he shouldn't, that it is stupid or crazy, or that he's not going to accomplish |
0:51.2 | it. When he has something in his mind and in his heart, he is going to chase it and he's going to chase it until he accomplishes it. |
0:57.6 | Even when he fails along the way, he gets back up and continues pursuing it and pushing through. |
1:03.0 | And that's something I really wanted to get him to discuss on today's podcast because he is a veteran of the Navy. |
1:08.7 | He is also a former personal trainer and strength coach. |
1:11.9 | He is also somebody who became a public speaker, speaking in front of thousands of people |
1:16.6 | touring around the country. |
1:17.5 | Like that was what he did. |
1:19.0 | And people told him there's no way he was going to be able to do it. |
1:21.9 | In fact, he even says in this podcast you're going to hear that he was not a good speaker. |
1:26.9 | So it was very unlikely to be |
1:28.6 | successful yet he had this vision in his mind and in his heart and he chased it anyway. And he did |
1:33.7 | just that, which eventually turned into him becoming an author of multiple books. And now he is pursuing |
1:39.6 | an acting career. And he is actually acting in these movies already and he's working his way up. |
