Four years ago I started a new podcast. I done underground wellness for seven years. It took a year off started a new podcast

How casual was that 2016 maybe 20s. I can't remember but anyway

It was called the Sean Crox and sessions and my first guest was Bob Proctor

And I'd always want to interview Bob. He's a legend, right? That's like interviewing Napoleon Hill, right?

And so again first episode of me ever recording this new podcast

And I tell you if it was a baseball game. It was like

First at bat bottom of the ninth two outs

two strikes three balls pitch comes boom

Grand slam to win the game

It was one of the best interviews I've ever given Bob who had been in this game for 55 years

He says man, this is the best like he says you Sean. You're the best I've ever seen

Which was amazing. I'm like, man, that's crazy Bob Proctor's we interview by all these people. I'm the best he's ever seen

I got to go back to interviewing one day, but it was cool

But at the same time I'm thinking it's episode number one

Like how am I going to

How am I going to follow this up like it was stressful? I'm like, I'm like, how am I going to follow this up?

And so of course like to me the next interview I gave or I did was this is huge disappointment to me
