Some people are dismissive of emotions and say things like, “emotions don’t matter, you need to just do the thing you need to do and not worry so much about your feelings. I will challenge that today and show you how your emotions are in fact FUELING every action you take, whether you’re aware of it or not. I’ll demonstrate this by showing you opposite emotions and how they affect you on a daily basis and finally we’ll finish by giving you insanely practical tips for creating the emotional experience you want to have. ******************************************** Everyone I know says they want to change their life. 1:12.3	I have been accused of seeing the world through rose color glasses. And I hope after today's

1:30.1	how to generate the emotions you want to generate in your life and what you end up producing
1:35.3	for yourself, the experience that you end up producing for yourself when you don't. And you just
1:39.6	let your brain be on default and you let the thoughts that your brain wants to think control the emotions
1:45.6	that you have and you don't generate what you want, which means you don't get the results
