I think we ought to hear this particularly of our king's wrath, for he is, as you well know,

the lion of the tribe of Judah, and when we hear his stern words recorded in the Holy Gospels, how can we not tremble?

And yet, the lion of the tribe of Judah also reveals himself as the little lamb of God,

who takes away the sin of the world, and who has turned to wretched sinners his refreshing grace and favor.

The Word of the Lord endures forever is a daily verse-by-verse Bible study with the church,

past and present.
