Outstanding. You know, and I really mean that. You know, it's so fun getting online with you and talking about this stuff after a day of the nonsense. Really? You have nonsense in your life? Oh yeah. Way, I got buckets of it.

Okay. All right, well what we're going to talk about in this episode is something that we've gotten a lot of questions about recently, and I think it has to do with the fact that Apple has introduced quite a few new fancy Mac notebooks, but a lot of people are asking us,

hey, I just got a new Mac, what do I do with it?

How do I set it up from scratch?

What do you suggest?

Maybe it's because there's kind of a combination of a lot of people

getting new Macs in an operating system coming out at the same time.

How do I set up a Mac from scratch?

Whether it's a new Mac that I'm going to load on my stuff on, whether it's an old Mac that I just

want to nuke and pave and put the new operating system on and have a fresh clean start, how do I do that?

So we're going to cover that in the show.

So I thought that we had covered this in a previous Mac Power Users episode,

and I've gone back and back and back through the archives.

I think we've probably talked about it on various shows. I can't seem to find anything specific.

Yeah, and we did talk about it in reference to I think getting rid of an old Mac in one episode and you know they do start to

blur together but it's been years really so it's probably time for a refresh of

this discussion anyway yeah it's been 98 shows and I'm sure that things change

a little bit so let's get into it.
