For anybody who's new, who may be wondering, what the hell is an adult child?

Well, an adult child is somebody who grew up in a dysfunctional family whose childhood, the impact of their

childhood is negatively impacting their lives as an adult. And this is a term that everyone needs to know. A lot of people think that the term only applies to those who grew up in an alcoholic family, but that's not the case. There are a ton of different types

of dysfunctional families and different types of abuse and neglect and trauma that

can produce an adult child.

So if you're wondering, if you're one

and you've managed to wind up here somehow,

you're an adult child.

I'm pretty confident. But here's the good thing. There's nothing

shameful or embarrassing about growing up in a dysfunctional family and the even

better thing is that healing and recovery is possible.

And the even better, better thing is how powerful and

transformation all this how powerful and transformational this work is.

Doing this work has allowed me to find my true self and live accordingly and that's such a blessing. And so we talk about all sorts of shit here, trauma, cod dependency, addiction, carbs, cheese and condiments. So if you're interested in any of that shit,
