Well, an adult child is somebody who grew up in a dysfunctional family whose childhood, the impact of their

childhood is negatively impacting their lives as an adult. And this is a term that everyone needs to know. A lot of people think that the term only applies to those who grew up in an alcoholic family, but that's not the case. There are a ton of different types

of dysfunctional families and different types of abuse and neglect and trauma that
