0:30.6	So we'll just give a brief introduction of our guest. Jen Allen grew up in West Jordan, Utah and earned a degree in English from Brigham Young University.
0:38.4	She says she was sidetracked from her initial plan to teach English to instead manage events in the craft and scrapbooking industry, which at the time was a hugely popular industry.

0:49.7	For the past nine years, Jen has worked as the director of events for Family Search where she
0:55.5	organizes Roots Tech, which is a massive genealogical conference that has grown from an in-person
1:00.8	event in Salt Lake City to a full virtual online event for global audience.
