Summary
Let's make this the holiday season of giving! And volunteering and helping those in need. There are so many ways you can do it!
In this episode, Lindsay is sharing how she started her non-profit, The Happiness Project, and how you can volunteer using the same plan.
It's grass roots and it's directly impacting people who need it. Lindsay shares how you can figure out what inspires you to figure out WHO you want to help and HOW.
Lindsay explains how this is one of the most fulfilling things she does and she thinks it will be a 10 for you too. You can donate your time, your money, or both. And it doesn't require a ton of either! You can use your network of family and friends to get involved and help out too.
And it's SO GOOD for our kids! To actually HELP others is so good for all of us, but especially for our kids. Lindsay gives you lots of ideas of how to get your kids involved too!
It's a feel good episode all about helping people in need this holiday season and all year round.
