Hi everybody, Max Locato here from my home to yours. Thanks so much for joining me for today's

encouraging word. You know, today we're going to wrap up a series of messages based on a book I

wrote just came out called Begin Again. And as we end our time together in this series,

I want to take just a moment to share with you five simple and practical things you can do

today to begin again to help you in these difficult times. The first one, believe God loves you,

believe God loves you. You know, this is the source of all fresh starts. You can believe God

loves you. You can believe this because it's true. Do you know you have never lived one unloved day?

Never. Oh John 316 is such a treasured scripture. For God so loved the world,

God so loved you that he gave his one and only son so that whoever are you, whoever,

well whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. That includes you. Are you

in the world? Then you are loved by God. Then please my friends start each day by declaring to

your bathroom mirror. God loves you. Not the mirror, but he loves the one you see in the mirror.

The second truth is this. Enjoy God's blessings. You know, times of difficulty and trauma,

bring about enjoyment and ninja. We have trouble recalling anything. So try this.

Start a joy journal. Each morning just record a few things that they bring you joy,
