I just love, my friend has been listening to the record.

She was a little girl who I think just turned three.

And she was walking with clear, the sun was shining,

and they walked across this yard, that was a field that was really green.

And the little girl said, Mom, that grass is singing,

like the sun was shining on the grass, and it was really beautiful, kind of wet from the

morning.

And she was like, Mom, that grass is singing over there.

And she also is now a children's book author because she wrote a book called Who Sanged the

First Song. And it came out of a question that her daughter, five-year-old daughter, Emily Lou,

asked her of who sang the first song. And she tells that story in this interview. And it's a sweet

story. But the thing that I love most about this conversation that we had is we talk about

singing and the rhythms of life, but how song and singing, and especially for our kids, the power

that that has. And really, who did sing the first song? She tells that story, and it's just a sweet

story. And there's so much practical application that comes out of it as it relates to implementing

into our home, the rhythms of life.
