just so delighted to have you here on the Dr. Axe show. I'm Naomi Weddle and when I saw that we

were going to have the opportunity to interview you, I went bananas because my own personal skin health

has been the area where I've learned the most about my own well-being, right? So I was born

with autoimmune disorders that manifested in severe, severe eczema

that I wasn't able to sort of release or repress to a place where it no longer showed up until

I was in my 20s and I still on a daily basis really have a struggle with the amount of inflammation
