Summary

When it comes to Ghost of Tsushima, Sony-owned Sucker Punch has the distinct honor of delivering PlayStation 4's very last first party AAA exclusive. Yet, there's no doubt that both the publisher and developer of the 13th century samurai adventure have been pretty quiet about it, which raised some doubts about whether it'd be any good. The silence has been broken, though, with an 18 minute-long presentation shining some much needed light on the open world action game. Were we impressed? Well... Plus: There's a lot of other news to get through, too! PlayStation 4 has surpassed 110 million units sold, Sony is rebranding its family of exclusive devs, Epic has unveiled Unreal Engine 5 running on PS5, and both Tony Hawk's Pro Skater and Mafia are making big-time comebacks. To round things out, we go to the audience, with inquiries concerning the future of Crysis, Naughty Dog's misbehavior on YouTube, Ken Levine's inexplicable silence, and -- yes indeed -- nachos. Because for some reason, we can't stop talking about wonderful, glorious nachos. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Yeah, yeah I'm getting out of this building away from the roaches and the when does that occur?

0:44.8

Oh well um I think the way it's set up right now is that we move in late June.

0:53.2

So basically at the end of June we'll be in a new place.

0:56.7

Cool. Yeah so you're not going to bring the roaches with you and a little caravan or roach

1:00.4

caravan. I mean we'll hope we hope we don't. I know they still weigh like like devils.

1:07.9

But I know like little devils should be good. What was the impetus for finding a place?

1:12.2

I mean I feel like it's a good time to move maybe right now. I feel like it's a buyer's market

1:17.5

or a renter's market. Yeah right now is is kind of cool because a lot of not a lot of people

1:24.3

are moving. So a lot of buildings are kind of trying to incentivize people to move in.

1:30.4

And the deal that we got that we found was hey listen you get two months free.

1:37.1

Wow. And pro rated month for when you move in and I'm like well that's that's pretty good.

1:42.2

Probably not going to get excellent. Probably not going to get a better deal than that for a while so.

1:46.0

No definitely not that's awesome. Yeah so it's a better building. It's the building that I wanted

1:50.1

to move into initially when I moved to Burbank but it fell through the first time so it'll be

1:55.3

it'll be good. It's a slightly smaller place but like not in any functional way. Like I have a

2:03.1

hallway that goes into my room that's pretty much useless you know it just pretty much it's the same
