This is five minute Friday!

My friend, I'm so glad that you're here and I know that there's a lot of chaos uncertainty

and overwhelm in the world right now and you might be feeling some of that.

I'm feeling a little bit of that to be honest.

There's different moments where I feel like you've got to have everything put together.

I've got to make sure the business is running and growing and you've got to make sure that

I'm spending time with my girlfriend and doing this and checking into my friends and

making sure my family is okay.

It's like it's constant check in and check in and make sure everything is okay.

And here's what I'm going to say about that.

You've got to give yourself a break on certain things and really start creating better routines

for yourself to be okay with uncertainty because I'm telling you right now, the next

month, the next year is going to be a little bit chaotic in your life.

If you don't do something about it right now, it's going to continue to be uncertain,

stressful and overwhelming because people are going to be freaking out around you.

The news is going to be freaking out.

The political system is freaking out.

The social system is freaking out.

People are just in chaotic mindset and therefore it's going to bounce off you.

Things are going to hit you a little bit here and there.

You're going to see something, it's going to trigger you in some way, shape or form.

So what can you do about it to set yourself up for greatness?
