Psalm chapter 104 verses 27 and 28.

These all look to you to give them their food in due season.

When you give it to them they gather it up. When you open your hand, they are filled with good things.

Oh, I love Psalm 104 and the way it depicts God from the very

beginning as very great clothes with splendor and majesty covering himself with light as with a

garment stretching out the heavens like a tent then it goes on to describe the land

and the waters as a display of his glory. It describes how God set the earth on its foundations.

It gives pictures of his glory in the valleys and on the mountains and the way he provides for all kinds of creatures, for

donkeys who quench their thirst, for birds of the heavens that are provided for by

him, for wild goats and rock badgers and

beasts of the forests that creep about you see all of these different creatures

and then you get to verse 27 and it says they all

look to you to give them their food and do season. Basically it's this powerful

picture of God as the supernatural provider for all creatures on the earth, including you and me.
