We're also going to talk about women's ordination and why it's wrong.

Is that just a sexist thing or the theological?

There's a difficulty with female Protestant ministers because you just don't know what to call them.

Mother, pastor, pastor is a male term.

It's Latin male for shepherd.

What do you call these ladies?

Mother, mother Karen?

I mean, there's problems all over here.

Well, I used to be an Episcopalian priest before I was a Catholic layman, and I've had to deal with these ladies before.

It reminds me a lot of the current political situation.

I remember being in seminary, this is Anglican seminary, Episcopalian seminary, no show to house in Wisconsin for anyone wondering,

which was a conservative Episcopal seminary.

And there were female seminarians there, not a lot of them, but a few.

And we had a conservative block of seminarians, and they found out that we didn't believe that they could ever become priests and that they shouldn't be ordained.

And they were upset and they were crying.

We had to have a group session on the seminary campus in which these women who were crying were saying,

you have to affirm our vocation.

And we said, no, we don't.

We don't believe that you should be ordained.
