Thanks, Don. Great to be here. It is our pleasure.

Robert, are you using your talents doing work that you love? I am, Don, and I'm very privileged to be

able to do that. I don't think I've always been able to do it, but I'm privileged to be able to do it now.

Excellent, excellent. Well, we certainly want to hear the whole story.

Major General Robert W. Mixon, Jr., has achieved over three decades of extraordinary leadership

success in diverse organizations. In the United States Army, where he commanded the 7th Infantry

Division in Fort Carson, Colorado, prior to his retirement in 2007.

Subsequently, he served in executive leadership positions in both for-profit and not-for-profit

companies prior to starting his own leadership community, Level 5 Associates in 2014.

He's a published author in several key aspects of business excellence, co-author of cows in the

living room, developing an effective strategic plan and sustaining it, author of We're All In,

The Journey to a World Class Culture, author of Who Saw This Coming, Now What Can We Do?

And he also publishes a biweekly blog with over 2,000 subscribers.
