I think teams have been a growing part of real estate and I think teams will continue to be a big part of the future.

I think teams are the future of real estate, right?

Because the 24-hour on demand consumer that pushes the button on Zillow or Redfin or

whatever it is that wants to see a house right now, they don't want to wait for you to

finish your consultation or meeting so they can get that response and that's why teams have grown. So the question is this, how do most agents find the secrets to succeed in today's
