0:17.0	Maybe somebody is watching this interview and they don't know anything about the Heartland
0:21.0	Institute. Can you briefly introduce what it is and what type of work you do?
0:24.0	Sure, I'd be happy to. The Heartland Institute is a free market public policy organization
0:28.0	we're based outside Chicago. And what we do is we look for freedom-oriented solutions
0:34.0	to the problems that confront society. So basically we're advocates for freedom.
0:38.0	Wow. And do you have a focus because it's called the Heartland Institute?
0:42.0	So I imagine, as soon as I hear it, I think a farmland and things like that.
0:46.0	Does it have a focus on AG agriculture?
0:48.0	We tackle all sorts of topics. We're best known for standing up for climate
0:52.0	realism, taking on climate alarmism. We're called the Heartland Institute because
0:56.0	we are based in Chicago. It's in the Midwest. And we've been there since 1984.
1:01.0	So when we were first formed, we were addressing issues in Chicago and Illinois
1:06.0	then throughout the Midwest. But as we've grown, I guess maybe we might have
1:11.0	outgrown our name, but we still like it.
1:13.0	Okay. So one of the things you mentioned just then is climate realism.
1:17.0	And so we conducted this investigation which wound up culminating in this documentary
1:22.0	called No Farmers, No Food. And what we found was that
1:25.0	pretty much every climate problem is oftentimes addressed by a very drastic
1:31.0	top-down solution that would essentially consolidate more power at the top
