Today, I want you to consider whether you're looking for the best or easiest options.

0:10.9

Everywhere I look, people are looking for shortcuts, and I get it.

0:15.6

Technology helps us find efficiencies and ways to make things easier.

0:21.0

But I found that oftentimes, the easy path is just an illusion.

0:26.4

Either it's not actually easier or what you thought would make something better

0:32.2

This does not mean you burn more body fat. It simply means because you eat more fat and fewer

1:41.3

carbs, your body uses that dietary fat as fuel. So hypothetically, the ketone supplements would give

1:47.8

your body the same type of energy, but without the strict diet rules. However, when the cyclists
