Splitting is the best way around that. One of strategies that I think of a lot when I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to do with my next training session is, is there a way that I could make this setup look different without it being necessarily harder? So varying my body position from repetition to repetition is a big part of that. If I can change my angle slightly, change how I'm sitting, change where my hands are a little bit, the podcast for serious training nerds.

But first, a few updates before we jump into the main part of the episode.

So first off, save the date for a live workshop, damage control, what to do when things go

wrong with Emily and Eva of Carpy Momentum. That's going to be

on Tuesday, September 24th, and we will be talking about how to handle errors when they happen in

training so we can optimize for learning and minimize damage. We will be using the same format as with

previous workshops. So that means there's going to be some homework for you to do in advance before

the live portion, which will be recorded. So if you can't make that time slot, you'll be able to watch the recording whenever it's convenient for you. There's also a way for you to leave questions in advance. So keep an eye out for that. The next thing on the calendar is that enrollment for zero to CD will be opening again at the end of October, which I know it sounds

so far away. And I was just working on my schedule and it turns out it's right around the corner.

And oh my gosh, so my daughter's already thinking about what she wants to be for Halloween and

what kind of complicated costumes she thinks I'm going to be crafting for her. And right now she's

really into Captain Marvel and is, in her opinion, requires the glowing

fist energy burst thing.
