But unlike that dude who stood you up or that lady who never returned your call,

I have a good excuse.

I'd prefer not to have the excuse.

I'd prefer my only excuse to be laziness. But, well, I'm sure that plays into this equation somehow. I'm sure there's laziness involved. But my excuse is, unfortunately,

legit. You always want an excuse to get out of things. Once you get the excuse to get out of things, you're like, I'd take the, nah, I'd take the duty.

I'd much rather be doing the podcast and not have this going on.

So what this is that I'm referring to is my mother has non-Hodgkins lymphoma, which is cancer.

And it's in stage three, aggressive.

However, the good news with that is that being that the cells, I guess, I don't know,

what I'm talking about.

I'm going to try to explain it.

Being that the cells rapidly multiply, I want to say reproduce, but I know they're not doing it in there.

But since they are rapidly reforming or making, I don't know.

You guys know I'm not a doctor.

I clearly don't have to tell you that.

The way I'm speaking makes it quite obvious.

But because they are rapidly regenerating, that means they can be killed quickly and be cured quickly.
