I started to realize after going down the rabbit hole for quite some time that's focusing

on all of this fighting and the destruction and everything, it's a never-ending battle.

So the way to solve this problem is to focus on healing at the individual level, because

collectively if we can all heal and radiate love and be able to be functional citizens

where we can make good decisions and actively be active in our governments and what's going

on in society, then collectively we're going to see dramatic change.

I'm Chris, your host, just back from Spain, pardon my jet lag.

Still have this chest cold, I don't know what's going on, it's been a month so sorry for

the voice.

And also sorry to those of you who are waiting for the next episode of talking out my

ass, the sub podcast that I do for subscribers only who have coughed up 20 bucks or three bucks

Mainly that's just a sort of show that you actually do when you hear these stories

from my traveling days because I hate to impose that sort of thing on anybody who hasn't

expressed, you know, shown in interest, I don't want to be that guy at the bar who

won't stop talking about himself.

Anyway, so back from Spain and getting back in the swing of things, had an interesting

time in Spain.

I was mainly there dealing with bureaucracy, stuff involving an apartment we own there and

banks and you know, residency and you know, all sorts of paperwork crap that I was dealing

with.
