This morning, my wife joined I watched footage,

body cam info on the tragedy in Nashville,

where a woman identifying as a man,

murdered six people, three kids, three adults.

As I read about this, as I watched it,

as I took it in, I was angry,

not in a bad way, not in a sinful way,

a just anger, a righteous anger,

because it's truly wicked.

And today we're gonna discuss,

is this crime,

violence against Christians?

Is it based on our beliefs?

Is it based on a disjunction, an impossible fit

where our culture, our society,

the way it understands matrimony, human sexuality, biology,

whether that will ever fit with Christianity,

we know that that's not true.

It will never fit.

And sadly, those who take the opposite view,

believe that if I don't agree with their philosophy,

their theology, their worldview, I'm a hateful bigger.
