Because, you know, it goes together. It it's double it's a southern thing well hello

mary pain how are you it's hard i know you're a california girl how are y'all there you go i know it's

hard for non-southerners to get it but um sometimes i just let people call me mary the entire

podcast and then i have listeners write in and go why didn't you ever correct them i'm like

yeah i stand corrected i saw that in your email and it confused me a little bit but then i was like

okay i guess that's how she you you know, wants to be addressed.

So I didn't remember.

So Mary Payne.

In the South, everybody, most people have two names.

And you go by your first and your middle name.

And your middle name is usually somewhere along the line like a mother's maiden name situation.

Got it.
