And this message, my friends, is so important.

That's why I wanted to lead off the week with it.

It's crucial.

It's critical, especially if you want to build a business.

You know, when I became a personal trainer, this is back in 2001.

I didn't have any clients because I was brand new.

So I said, hmm, how am I going to get clients?

I took a table, put a cloth over it, put it right in the middle of the gym right there in the hallway.

And I gave free body fat tests.

And I would talk to people, then I would say, hey, are you interested in a free personal training session?

And nine times out of ten, they would go, absolutely.

I want to do a free personal training session.

When can we do this?

So we would do the session.

I would give them a phenomenal experience.

Great workout, lots of stretching, good talk, all that stuff.

And 75% of the time, but I made an offer to sign up for a package.
