curious what made you choose real estate as your first business venture. I work in corporate America and I've

always considered that kind of my schooling even though I do have a degree I feel like I've learned a lot more in the workforce than I ever would have.

Just doing the traditional college route, so I worked all through college and just pretty much have never stopped working one to three jobs and I

don't know I get the feeling that I'll probably own a business one day but I don't

know exactly what that will be and it don't have a clear vision of it yet.

So I'm just curious about how you got your start and honed in on what you wanted to do.

I would agree with you. You learn a heck of a lot in the job force much more than you could

have a hope to learn in the classroom. It's not saying that education is not important.

It's just saying that much of what you learn in the classroom you don't use in real life.

A lot of it is theoretical.

But I pretty much liked every job I ever had and I had 22 of them by the time I started my real estate career. I knew on site when I started

my real estate career that it was a job for me and I'll tell you what I liked about it.

It was the first job I ever had where I didn't feel like I was working for somebody.
