As we always like to do,

I'd love to ask you the question. If you can share with me a defining moment for you,

what would that be? You know, it's interesting because I don't, it would be hard for me to pinpoint

a single defining moment because I really look at my life, when I think about my life,

when I look back on my life, there's so many defining moments. And I think that it's the

culmination of these collective moments that shape who I am and who we are. So, you know, I run

leadership training programs. and I always hope that

someone emerges from the leadership training program. And, and, you know, this is the thing that

fundamentally transformed who they are. But the reality is it's one touch point. It's one thing that

determines who they are. So I think, you know, I went on an outdoor trip when I was

in college. I was planning to really go into politics and I was in college for politics. And

I got disillusioned kind of early on in my college career and I was looking for something to do.

And by mistake, I went on a bike trip. No, I'm sorry, by mistake,

I went on a hiking trip. I was planning on going on a bike trip and the bike trip got canceled.

And so I was put on this hiking trip and it was the most amazing experience of my life. And

that did shift the direction that I was going in and I started to spend a lot of time in the
