I remember a woman I worked with. She was in her 70s and she was entering a new part in her life and she really wanted to write a book.

But her big frustration, she would have to go back each day and reread the chapter because she couldn't remember what she had written written and she felt like it was such a waste of her time.

So I started working with her and her psychiatrist to help manage and help find that right dose of medications for her and I still remember this day when she got on the phone during one of our sessions

and she said, oh my goodness, I remembered what I wrote.
