Welcome to the happiness podcast. I'm Dr. Robert Puff. Several years ago I used to host a show called

0:17.8

this Holistic Success show. On the show we had the most prominent people in the world of holistic health come talk about how we can be overall healthy.

0:27.0

I remember one guest, he was a medical doctor and she was written a book about

0:35.0

had written a book about this and was really going around the world trying to help people keep costs down medically.

0:41.0

And here was our whole point. We can have a small medical problem and if

0:47.1

we don't treat it early enough, what can happen is it will become a big problem. And what she found was a lot of people trying to save costs,

worse.

1:26.2

And finally I went to the doctor and just found out that it was clogged and now it was infected

1:31.8

and if I just used eard periodically I could never have the problem again.

1:37.0

And that's been the case.

1:38.0

I've never had ear problems ever again in my life.

1:42.4

So what in the world does this have to do with happiness? It actually has quite

1:46.9

a bit to do with happiness. Because what happens is, like with our bodies, we start off

1:52.4

pretty good.

1:53.6

When we're young little babies, we are pretty happy little campers.

1:57.2

I mean, I know we cry when we're hungry, and we cry when we need our diapers

2:01.5

chains.
