This is a book called The Color of Water. This was Georgia's Summer Reading and I downloaded it and went,

If you haven't read it, I recommend it. It wasn't my most favorite book I've ever read on the

planet, but definitely was worth reading. I learned a lot and it was written in a very interesting

wandering off topic in this episode, which is kind of the best episodes to me is because that's what a real conversation is.

But it was a really good book. So I hope you read it and enjoy it or listen to it on

audiobook. Books are so enriching. I think they exercise a muscle we don't use enough anymore in that kind of long-term focus and in your imagination.

You know when you look at Instagram all day, there's nothing left to the imagination.

But when you read, you have to visualize and imagine what these people look like or how they

behave.

Even in a memoir, you know, you don't know what people look like necessarily, and I think it's so good for your brain to just escape into your imagination with the help of a really good writer.
