Greetings and salutations, everyone. It's Rich Wilson. Welcome to Fantasy Baseball live. It's Wednesday, the 23rd. About 10 o'clock in the morning. I'm here with my good buddy, the great Mr. Tim McLeow. Tim, how are you doing today? You just told me you got a foot of snow outside. Come on.

Oh, yeah, a foot plus heavy, wet stuff.

It's just, I'm not going anywhere near outside today. Outside can, it can enjoy itself without my

company, Rich. I, you know, we always get one or two, okay, near the end of winter, just to sort of

remind us that it's only another six months away or something like that. But, yeah, after this winter, I'm pretty disgusted with the whole turnover of events. I really am. Wow, that's just, yeah, that's kind of ridiculous. Here, it's nice. I mean, I'll see, what is it? 68 degrees as we start the show here to be in the mid-70s this afternoon.

But, yeah, I don't know if you've been following those really tough storms that have been coming across the country.

We get them tonight, but not as severe.

But yeah, yeah.

And the best news about my house, Tim, the steel support beams that they put up temporarily

have been removed and the house did not fall down.

That's a bonus in a big way, ain't it?

That's right.

So all steel girders are now gone.

So the house is standing up the way it's supposed to be.

So they are rebuilding the fireplace today.

And then tomorrow they finish up the siding and start the painting.

Unfortunately, our contractor lost all but one of his guys.

So they all split on them.

I guess my question to you, Rich, is when they pulled those support, those extra support beams, were you in the house? You and Lori? Or did you view that process from the driveway? No, no. He didn't even tell us. He just pulled him. And then I got a text message from him. He goes, I guess I did it right because the house didn't fall down. I'm like, oh, oh, you just did that.
