Hey friends, welcome back to the Forever Change Podcast. We are in spring attire. Nick was just saying how he doesn't like how his crew necks always shrink.

Dude, if any of y'all know how, if you're watching on video, if you can tell me how to like not have my crews like shrink, because looks great you know just sitting here it's like

wow that looks nice but then like raise your hand it looks like i don't know it's just stupid my

stuff has been shrinking too but i honestly think we have like one of those stackable washer and

dryers and we can't put very many clothes in it and it's just not great quality but it's just

what we got so i think that we can get shrunk shrunken shrunken shrunken but anyway that's entirely

yes let's talk about a story this week that we got about this podcast actually as a as a matter of fact, this is back when it was,

if you're new here, welcome, by the way. But this is back when the podcast was called Encounter

Now. And so this person who we will not name for their privacy, she went back and listened to

some older episodes back in the earlier days of the

podcast. I think it was like in the first 30 episodes of the podcast. And so she went back and listened.

She had recently been in a long-term relationship and the relationship came to an end. And she was just really stricken with grief and

kind of heartbroken and sort of disappointed in a lot of ways and just like praying through it

and processing through it and so she was saying how we did a podcast episode earlier on in the

life of the podcast about that very thing about you know grief and

dealing with a breakup and going through it and processing through it and she said that it helped her

tremendously gave her a lot of wisdom that's good and so yeah I was really really grateful to to see and

hear that and I think that's just a testament of the power that these episodes and

these conversations can have. Right. I think when it comes to breakups, not to stay on this topic

for too long, but Nick and I have always had this saying where if they, if somebody walks

away from watching a YouTube video of ours or listening to a podcast and they feel convicted

about a relationship they're in and that it needs to end, we're like, we did our job.
