This is another story of a mother selfishly choosing their boyfriend over their own children.

Another story of adults who know better, yet choose to use control and power against an innocent child who

look at them for love and nurture. Another story where there are so many missed opportunities

for people and agencies to step in and save these boys. Both Scotty, who lost his life after days and weeks of torture, and his older brother,

a little boy who now has to live with the trauma of watching his baby brother die

and knowing there was nothing he could do to save him.
