And for some reason, all of my friends here are going through this and you can tell me if you're feeling this way too but like this week i was hit with like a wave of like of just depression like not like

motivated like i'm feeling like i can't do anything and i was talking to a lot of different people

and they're all feeling in the exact same way.

So I'm wondering, it's obviously not in the stars.

It has everything to do with my own life decisions.

But it feels like everyone's kind of in the same boat right now, at least that I know.

No, I completely agree.

We've had some like crazy shit happening at work.

And I have had zero motivation for the last, like, I would say probably like week and a half with going through the gym and I've been doing such a good job.

Like my, I haven't been jimming.

I haven't been really like tracking lately.

All I want to do is lay.

Like I said, some crazy shit has been happening at work.

And I truly believe it's the stars.
