I'm so pumped to be here. I'm super excited to share today's

exercise with you. So this is something that I've been doing for a while since being introduced

or since learning my human design and going down my human design rabbit hole.

So I'm going to share an exercise with you in this podcast, which is super cool.

So go and get yourself a piece of paper and a pen and make sure that you have a bit of time

because I'm going to give you some information, but especially if you've got to define

solar plexus, you're going to need a few runs at this.

So, yeah, get out your piece of paper and a pen for you to take notes.
